Applicants can be residents of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or Ohio.

Applications must be returned by July 15th.
The Hookstown Fair Princess Program is to help get the younger ladies involved and to give them an idea of what being fair royalty really means.
The Hookstown Fair Princess will receive a
$100.00 gift card.
